As you enter Joey Bistro at Los Abrigados in Sedona, plan to be called by your first name if you are a return diner, because we never forget a face. You may even be challenged to name one of the forty Joes - hence the name Joey Bistro - from the literary, sporting and entertainment arenas that adorn the walls.
